Their "support" people are by-and-large friendly, but they apparently aren't given the tools to be able to diagnose what ails this product, despite the 8 calls I've been on numerous upgrades (both to the PC and phone) clean wipes of the phone, one-way syncs from PC to phone, and on and on. The product continually deletes appointments from ACT! when syncing (randomly) sometimes duplicates all 1,200 contacts doesn't properly sync from Android to ACT!, and has even corrupted the ACT! database beyond repair, so I literally had to start from scratch all over again. your Blade navigate to the Settings > Connectivity and tap on Companion Link.
